Your childrens safety Remember the laws concerning childrens seating and particularly booster seats in cars?Some people are a little confused by the new safety rules. Just remember, children 3 and under must be in a suitable child seat, children over 3 and shorter than 4ft 5inches (135cm) must be sitting on a suitable booster seat.
