Patients in Milton Keynes can now give feedback on their local doctor.

NHS Milton Keynes has just introduced a new system called iWantGreatCare which lets people give ratings and reviews on the experience they've had at their local surgery. The information is shown in real time and can be viewed by members of the public as well as NHS MK.

NHS Milton Keynes says the feedback will help it to understand what patients actual experience of NHS care is like and what needs to be changed or improved.

Local GP Sarah Whiteman said, "iWantGreatCare is an excellent way for our patients to let us know how we are performing with relevant and up to the minute feedback. We are looking for honest, genuine feedback to help Milton Keynes GPs ensure that patients are provided with the best quality care."

Gillian Prager, from NHS MK said, "This innovative collaboration will provide NHS Milton Keynes with vital patient feedback about the quality of care provided. By sharing this with local GPs and using the information we will improve health services."
