Seach For A Star
Heart were at XScape on Saturday for the first heat of the Retail Trust's Search For A Star, hosted by Stephen Gordon-Wilson from XScape and Emma Saint from Heart. Judges included Antony Costa from Blue and Liz McLarnon from Atomic Kitten.

It's a campaign to find the most popular act in retail from independent retailers right through to the big brands in order to find the UK’s most talented singers, dancers, bands, comedians and other variety acts.
A panel of experts, including celebrity and retail figures, will exercise their talent credentials and judge the competition. The campaign kicked off with the first Auditions Roadshow at XScape in Milton Keynes on Saturday 31st October. This will be followed by a series of other roadshows around the UK and then an online public vote, with the live grand final being held at the Retail Trust London Ball 2010.

- 7th November – Xscape Braehead (near Glasgow)
- 8th November – Xscape Castleford (near Leeds)
- 14th November – O2 Finchley Road, London
The judges will announce the top 50 qualifying acts mid-November
Retailers and the public will be able to text vote and view their favourite acts online at www.retailtrustsearchforastar.com, for four weeks
The top four acts, as voted for by retailers and the public, will be announced on 16th December 2009
The live grand final will take place at the annual Retail Trust London Ball, 25th January 2010, at Grosvenor House, London, where the four finalists will perform and the overall winner will be announced.
